The new Liquor Licensing Division approved Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) program has been designed for use by licensees, management, crowd controllers and staff of licensed premises in Queensland. 

 

This training session will be conducted by Garry Oliver, an approved facilitator with Club Training Australia (National Provider Number 31607) the authorised training organisation responsible for issuing this qualification to participants who successfully complete the course.

 

Schedule of Training

The scheduled fee will be paid in full on enrolment and prior to the commencement of the training program.  All fees paid will be issued with an acknowledgement receipt/tax invoice as proof of receipt of monies paid.  All training will be conducted on premises nominated and supplied by the client or as arranged by Bouncer Buddy.  The cost of this 4 hour session includes the cost of all handouts, accreditation and purchase of the approved certificates from the Liquor Licensing Division.

 

Schedule of Fees

OPTION 1

$600 facilitation fee + $20 per participant for cost of all handouts, accreditation and purchase of the approved certificates from the Liquor Licensing Division (for 20 participants the total cost would be $600 + (20 x $20) = $1000 or $50 per participant).

 

Note: Without prior arrangement the facilitation fee is to be paid no less than 7 days prior to course commencement, with the remaining payment due prior to course completion with the maximum of 20 participants per course.

 

OPTION 2

$70 per participant (all inclusive)

Note: The fee is to be paid prior to course completion with the maximum of 20 participants per course.

 

Pre-requisites

All participants should also have basic language, literacy and numeracy skills and are required to identify if they require language, literacy and numeracy support prior to enrolment.

Enrolments

Enrolment occurs through online registration and/or personal enrolment on the day of training with the payment of course fees.  Your details are captured and stored securely, with the results of your training being linked to this enrolment information.

 

Refunds

All requests for refunds are to be made in writing on a Refund Request this form that needs to be accompanied by supporting documentation where applicable. This form can be obtained by contacting the Bouncer Buddy on 0414 527 800 during office hours.

 

NOTE

Participants are responsible for reading all relevant materials provided on the website including the Club Training Australia Student Handbook and the information about courses prior to enrolment. Once participants have entered their details it will be accepted by all parties that they have read the Student Handbook and agree with all the Terms and Conditions prior to commencing their training.
