It is an accurate and powerful management
tool to assist premises complies with
overcrowding regulations, as well as the
capacity to record information to help make
effective business marketing decisions.

Pictured is the counter unit itself
which is
mainly used for counting and sending
data to record unit below. Place 1
in the picture shows the maximum
number of patrons allowed in the
venue (range is 0~9999).
Place 2 in the picture shows the
number of patrons currently inside
the venue. If this value exceeds
what is allowed then a warning LED
lights fitted to the panel and all
door sensors will activate,
indicating the management and door
staff not to allow any additional
patrons inside the venue.
Remember that this system is totally
directional and monitors up the six
entry/exit points at the same time.

So, if a patron enters the venue the
counter will add one to the total, if within
a millisecond another patron exits a door on
the other side of the building the counter
will reduce by one, keeping an accurate
total of patrons inside the venue.

Pictured is the recorder unit which
is mainly used for display the
current date and time. When
connected to the counter unit above,
the recorder will save the patron
number displayed on the Patron
Counting System against the time and
date every 12 minutes and save this
data into an internal memory.
This internal memory with hold
enough data to run the unit 24 hours
a day for a seven day period before
having to be downloaded and clearer.
If the
recorder unit is not receiving data
or the unit needs to be downloaded,
the error light will activate.

The Bouncer Buddy Patron Counter
also comes with software that
converts the data into an excel
format that can be graphed.
This data can be used for management
or promotional purposes to know how
many patrons were inside the venue
every 12 minutes.
